Oftentimes as women and mothers we find ourselves overextended with work and familial obligations which can leave us feeling drained and unable to meet the demands and challenges of everyday life. Healing Heart Ministries provides a quiet space for prayer and meditation to any woman who is feeling overwhelmed and just need a timeout to reflect and refocus.

Minnesotans are no stranger to cold weather and frigid temperatures during the fall and winter months. The Warm Hands, Warm Hearts Soup Drive is one way that we can serve our homeless population, single mothers and their children. By giving away warm weather accessories such as hats, scarves, mittens, and gloves along with a hearty bowl of homemade soup prepared by the MYP team, we hope to make this annual event a tradition for many years to come. 

At MYP we believe in the power of prayer coupled with the faith to receive from God what is being asked of Him. A prayer blanket is simply a symbol that connects our prayers to the recipient's needs. There is no significant monetary value as we have many examples in the bible where a believer's healing and deliverance came not as a result of payment but rather their faith in action. A prayer blanket is given as a gift to program participants and senior women upon request.
