Seasoned Baked Alaskan Salmon
Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Sauteed Asparagus with
White Truffle Oil

Eating starts with the eyes and many first impressions are formed based solely on the presentation of a dish. If you've ever known someone to refuse a taste because it "just doesn't look good", then you can relate. When you've gotten the "look" of your meal to match the taste, now you're cooking!
Ingredients
Salmon (3-4 ounces per person), 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1/8 teaspoon greek seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon dillweed, pinch of rosemary, dash of thyme, 1 medium red onion; sliced, 1 1/2 tablespoons white cooking wine, 1 bunch of asparagus, ends cut, white truffle oil; for drizzling, sea salt; for sprinkling, 3 pounds of yukon potatoes, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper.
IF PREPARING TOGETHER, A OVEN TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 375-400 DEGREES IS DESIRABLE

Seasoned Baked Alaskan Salmon
Season salmon, skin side down, with seasoned salt, lemon pepper, Greek Seasoning, and dillweed. Brown salmon, skin side down, in a skillet with butter and add rosemary and thyme while browning. Prepare for oven by transferring salmon to a baking dish with red onion slices. Pour white cooking wine over salmon and bake until cooked through; about 12 to 15 minutes depending on density.

Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees. Once heated, place pan with butter in oven to melt. Cut the potatoes into quarters and place in a bowl with salt, pepper, and minced garlic; toss until potatoes are well coated. Transfer potatoes to the heated pan and spread out into one layer. Roast in the oven 20 to 30 minutes until browned and crisp.

Sauteed Asparagus with
White Truffle Oil
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add butter. Add the asparagus to the boiling water and cook 5-7 minutes. Remove, dry slightly and place on a baking sheet. drizzle truffle oil over asparagus before placing it in the oven to cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
