Maintain Your Position, Inc. began as a Women’s Conference and Retreat in 2017 with the purpose of bringing together young women from underserved communities for a time of empowerment through information, mentoring and fellowship. Many conference participants enjoyed free access to entrepreneurs who shared principles for financial empowerment and healthcare professionals who provided invaluable health and wellness information with a focus on preventive care. Moreover, conference goers were encouraged by Christ-centered teachings which motivated them to persevere in the face of adversity.

 

Recognizing the need for ongoing support and services in these areas, Maintain Your Position, Inc. was formed as a Minnesota nonprofit organization in February of 2020 to realize its founder’s vision of serving women who find themselves in a rebuilding phase due to a hardship such as a loss of income; addiction, displacement, divorce, or domestic violence.

 

Our programs and services are designed to address the needs of everyday life while also equipping each woman with the tools necessary to achieve independence and sustained success through self determination and a strong support system.
